VISION
Mid America Advanced Power Solutions (MAAPS) LLC vision is to reduce the reliability of globally produced energy by incorporating wind, hydro, solar along with emerging technologies to give our clients the ability to produce power in every home and business in Mid America.

HISTORY
# 2004

    * Interest and exploration of renewable energy.
    * Fall of 2004-2005: Performed product research and placement of a renewable energy business in the Midwest.
    * Focus directed towards the St. Louis Metropolitan area as well as a future expansion to a 4 state radius of home base. (Swansea Illinois)

# 2005

    * Feasibility and marketing study completed.
    * Decision made to proceed after much prayer and research.
    * Mid America Advanced Power Solutions (MAAPS) is launched.
    * First customer contacted MAAPS! Requested to provide 10 solar water-heating systems for a mission project in Africa.
    * Developed resources and contacts with numerous providers of renewable energy equipment ranging from solar (PV) water heaters to solar powered auxiliary air conditioning units.
    * We are Legal!! - Obtained FEIN and State of Illinois IBT numbers

# 2006

    * Dealer/referral with dealers of the photo voltaic energy products
    * Dealer/Supplier of the SOLARSHEET solar air heater systems
    * Dealer/Supplier of the SOLCOOL hybrid air-chilling systems
    * Submitted rebate package to DCEO for Solar heating system - Approved!!
    * Installation of the first SolCool in the Metro-East a success
    * Installation of the first SolarSheet Air Heaters in the Metro-East a success
    * MAAPS is growing equipment sales beyond the border to Ohio and Utah
    * After much research became a Dealer/Supplier of the POWER-SAVE 1200
    * Partnered with PayPal services to provide safe online shopping!
    * Customer base expanded 3 times our greatest expectations
    * www.maaps.us goes over 5,502 page views since May 27th

# 2007

    * Continuing to expand our product base to provide our customers energy saving equipment
      1st quarter 2007
    * Customer base increased by 10 fold since Jan 1 - we are growing.....
    * www.maaps.us goes over 2,202 page views since Jan 1st

# 2008 - 2009
    * Some good and not so good, the fall of 2008 through the fall of 2009, looking back it was pretty ugly.
    * Thank you to all our vendors, suppliers and clients, with out you we would not be here!
    * Heres to looking at a prosperous 2010 for all!
